This EPE foam extruder with big capacity (Max. 700kg/hr) to cover 0. 5~15mm thickness. Low density of Min. 16kg/m3 (1lb/cu. ft) for 5~10mm(T) and Min. 17~19kg/m3 (1. 06~1. 19lb/cu. ft) for 11~15mm(T) are guaranteed. 14kg/m3 (0. 875 lb/cu. ft) density EPE foam in general quality is available by our EPE foam machine as well. supplies turnkey base machine with the warranty of 70,000 working hours (10years) from the installation date on screw, barrel, gear box, main motor and inverters. Technical transfer during two test runs & installation are included as well.
