We run our own factory which is capable of 10~14million square meters of the various combination film/foil with corona treatment & printing process per month. We supply products to RIMA (Reflective Insulation Manufacturers Association) affiliated companies in the U.S.A including Polyair, Pactiv, and Sealed Air, as well as PRODEX in Costa Rica. Furthermore, we supply these products to global XPE/EPE foam manufacturers, including K-Flex, HIRA, Armacell, etc.

Our T-die extrusion factory is available to coat LDPE upto 2000mm width and to laminate with adhesive
by dry laminating machine upto 2400mm width. Exact roll slitting with any size upto 2400mm width is
available by durable sliting machine on customers’ request.
These films are to be laminated with XLPE or NPE foam sheet by indirect hot oil roller laminator or direct
flame laminator. For this process, laminating machine is essentially required.

FAQ
1. What is the advantage of semi-unflammable AL foil?
Our flame-retardant AL foil does not contain polymer and does not shrink under heat. As a result, the foam is prevented from contacting oxygen and does not ignite. Accordingly, even non-FR foam can function as a flame-retardant product, and FR XPE foam can be upgraded to a higher-performance flame-retardant product after lamination with this semi-unflammable AL foil.
2. Is UV LED ink printable on AL foil?
Yes, we have developed a special primer that provides excellent adhesion for UV LED ink printing on AL foil.
3. What is the advantage of LE MPET film?
Unlike aluminum foil, which is easily oxidized, LE MPET film has strong resistance to acid, moisture, and chemicals. Therefore, it is suitable for a wide range of applications such as roof insulation for chicken farms, chemical factories, and facilities with high moisture generation.
4. Is a specially designed printing film or foil available?
Yes, we have approximately 250 printed film models for foam lamination, including wood designs and character designs. Custom design development is also available upon request.
5. What colors are available?
Various colors are available according to RAL or PANTONE color standards.
