Polyethylene (PE) foam is mainly used for protective packaging of automotive parts & white goods, cushioning, insulation and construction and industry as per its superior cushioning, great heat-insulating power, high buoyancy, little water absorption and easy fabrication.
The EPE foam machine we’ve installed lately in Mexico, India and Turkiye has Long L/D(length by diameter) with many cooling zones, special screw design and advanced cooling system requires less dosing quantity of gas (10% of total production) and aging time is significantly short. This EPE foam extruder with big capacity (Max. 700kg/hr) to cover 0.5~15mm thickness. Low density of Min. 16kg/m3 (1lb/cu.ft) for 5~10mm(T) and Min. 17~19kg/m3 (1.06~1.19lb/cu.ft) for 11~15mm(T) are guaranteed. 14kg/m3 (0.875 lb/cu.ft) density EPE foam in general quality is available by our EPE foam machine as well.
