By perfect air balance inside oven, our XPE foam machine guarantees even foaming/ expansion, less waste from side trimming, less than 2% loss/wastage with regular thickness & cells and high cross-linking ratio (48%). Also, we have special additives and technology to produce good FR product to pass BS476 & UL723 and heat resistant foam upto 110℃.
Pacific Industry Co., Ltd. supplies turnkey base machine with the warranty of 70,000 working hours (10years) from the installation date on screw, barrel, gear box, main motor and inverters. Technical transfer during two test runs & installation are included as well.
